Hey y'all, I've got something important to tell you. This November I will be departing on my first ever trip around the grand 'ol US of A to see some bands, meet some cute boyz, drink some regional beers, while blogging the whole way. I'm super excited, gonna gonna gonna gonna gonna gonna gonna hit da road.
I'll be leaving from Brooklyn at the beginning of November and traveling to the west coast and back on some of Greyhound's finest bus lines. I don't know how to drive a car so bus is really my best option... plus, on a bus, I can blog the whole way, and maybe meet some creepy strangers!
Here's my rough Google Map of where I'm planning to go:

Crazy! I have traveled the country by Greyhound alot in my younger years, it's a pretty brutal way to get around.....
If you can afford it, I would suggest checking into Amtrak, it's like a 100 million times better way to travel, I think.
Make sure to stop by our store and say hi when yer in Portland!

Ken, I did look into Amtrak and their month long pass only lets you take 12 trips in that month, which is obviously not enough for me, sadly, so Greyhound it is.
I know Greyhound's gonna be intense but that's part of the point I guess... I'm gonna go crazy. I'll def be hitting you up in Portland... I don't really know anyone there I don't think...
When you're in Seattle, stay at the Silver Cloud on Broadway if you're seeing shows on Capitol Hill, or Hotel Max if you want to be downtown. Follow Hotel Max on twitter for 15% off their lowest rate.
You're gonna love Salt Lake City. Hit me up if you need a couch to crash on. I live a few block away from the bus station, right downtown...
Here's a pretty extensive guide to downtown Salt Lake http://www.designspongeonline.com/2009/06/salt-lake-city-guide.html
